AH36 ship specific materials and 6061T6 high-strength aluminum alloy plates are selected for the floating box material. The use of sandblasting and shot blasting technology in anti-corrosion treatment effectively improves the service life. Reasonable structural design and on-site destructive testing using finite element analysis ensure the bearing capacity and safety of the floating box. The floating box pressure groove prevents surface deformation of the floating box caused by long-term operation and the complexity of working conditions, thereby reducing its service life. It is both aesthetically pleasing and practical.
Chain
After using the chain for a period of time, the wear of the pin sleeve will cause the pitch to increase, making the entire chain longer. When walking, it will cause the chain to fall off or slip, seriously affecting the operation. The tensioning device can ensure the normal meshing between the chain pin and the driving gear teeth by adjusting the position of the sprocket. Screw tightening is a standard configuration for our company's floating box, and oil cylinder tightening is easier to operate than screw tightening. The tightening force can achieve balanced adjustment, making the entire walking system work more stably and efficiently.
Floating box expansion and contraction
